Pawan, the well- known name among cartoonists from Bihar started caricaturing the socio-political situations in Bihar with all the hues of politicians from the age of 12 years. One of the most talented cartoonist of his generation , it is interesting to know that he does not have a fine arts degree which is generally a must for cartoonist.

He has to his kitty more than 7000 cartoons published in almost every newspaper published from Patna. He tried his best to capture every mood of Laloo Yadav- always a favorite character among media persons.The humorous accent of Patania - hindi mix language spoken by his cartoon charater adds to a laughter riot every morning.

He made cartoons to raise social consciousness on different development issues specially on child rights in collaboration with UNICEF.He is regular contributer of the famous Hindi Daily "Dainik Hindustan".
