The facility by IRCTC and ltz Cash is expected to benefit those who do not have credit/debit cards but still want to book rail tickets on the Internet.

Itz Cash launched in 2003 enables its users to conveniently shop online, book railway tickets, buy Internet connection packages and play online games.

Itz Cash prepaid card is presently available for the value Rs 100, Rs 250, Rs 500, Rs 1,000, Rs 1,500, Rs 3,000, Rs 5,000, Rs 7,500 and Rs 10,000.

The cards can be purchased from Asian Sky Shop franchisee networks, Playwin retailers,Dish TV outlets and lndiatimes shopping portal across India.

Process of doing the railway reservation through itz cash works like this

1.Buy an ItzCash prepaid card from the selling outlets.
2.Log on to your irctc account from IRCTC website http://www.irctc.co.in .
3.When you are to finalize your ticket proceed to "Make Payment" option.
4. Choose Itz cash as payment option and Enter your Itz Cash Account number and password.
5.Finally click " Confirm " to deduct money from your purchased ItzCash prepaid card.
6.Your railway ticket is ready to be delivered to your house or print out.

Alternatively, the consumers can also walk in to his neighbourhood ITzCash Card franchisee and get the rail tickets booked instantly.
