iPhone prices sliced heavily by Apple

iPhone has been named the Invention of the Year in 2007 by Time magazine

Apple has announced price cuts in its popular iPhone models recently.The company also launched a new iPhone model called iPhone 3G S.T

The new 16-GB 3G S iPhone will cost $199 and a 32-gigabyte $299.These models will come out on June 19 for sale.The new iPhone has better a video/digital camera with auto-focus.

The older 8-GB iPhone 3G has now a cost of $99 (prev price $199).

It is to note that just two years ago iPhone was being sold for $499 for a 4GB version and $599 for 8 GB.

The new iPhone will have enhanced software features with support for cut, copy and paste.The announced iPhone handset is said to have a faster processor apart from internal compass and a long battary life.
