Mahindra Genio is the latest pick-up vehicle that has been launched in India today.BS 3 variant of the mini pickup is priced at Rs 4.99-lakh. The new Genio is based on M&M's Ingenio platform.

Ingenio platform that powers Genio has been able to provide earlier vehicles by the company a superior cab design, chassis and proven aggregates of engine and transmission and delivers a car-like comfort and space.

Mahindra Genio is will come in four colour options--

• silver shine (metallic),
  
• diamond white,
  
• marvel granite and
  
• skyline blue

Currently it is available across 70 dealerships but by Mid Feb 2011 , the truck will be available all across India.
